This page provides links and resources to enhance your learning experience in computer science, IT, and other technology classes. The following websites and resources may be useful to you; they cover a variety of topics in computer science and IT, including resources for multiple coding languages. Please note that these are links to external sites, so the content may change frequently, they may contain ads, and sometimes a sign-up is required to access.

The Cyberlab is another tutoring center at Virginia Western that primarily helps with the ITN, ITD & CSC programs. You can meet with a Cyberlab tutor online during the following times: 

• Tuesdays through Fridays from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.

To meet with a Cyberlab tutor via Zoom, you can make an appointment online in Navigate, email tutoring@virginiawestern.edu, or call the Academic Link desk at 540-857-6442.

The following links will direct you to documentation pages for various programming languages. These are powerful resources, as they list every keyword and function (including an explanation of the arguments of a function) that can be used in the libraries for these languages.  Keep in mind that some professors may require you to use certain methods for assignments and that use of other methods could result in your assignment being penalized or simply not graded. Always refer to the methods and resources that your professor gives you to complete assignments, and if you are ever in doubt, just ask!
