PhET provides a collection of fun, interactive, research-based simulations of physical phenomena from the University of Colorado.

 

Elements: The Periodic Table. Interactive periodic table provides information on the properties, history, name origin, images, application, hazards and electron shell diagram of each element. Source code available under a MIT License.

 

MIT OpenCourseWare: Chemistry. Courses in chemistry as taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Content varies but can include lecture notes, videos, assignments with solutions etc. CC BY-NC-SA (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike) license but courses may refer to copyright material.
